Back Pocket Buddha's Roots

Where it All Began...

Back Pocket Buddha lives in Greenville, NC and has been playing music since he was a teen. Growing up in New York, he played in all the ensembles and groups he could throughout high school, as well as playing in several bands in the New York area. He went on to study music in college, finally earning himself a degree in music therapy from East Carolina University. Brian writes a lot of his own material and is currently working on an EP of all acoustic songs which is due out sometime in the next 2-3 months. He credits his influences as Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, Ani DiFranco, Dave Matthews, David Gray, and tons more.
